BeStar is a mobile game that simulates the music industry. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address, artist name, and profile image.
  • Game Data: Songs recorded, promoted, albums released, and game statistics.
  • Friend Data: Friend list, friend requests, and chat history.
  • In-App Purchases: Coin and spin purchases are processed via Apple.
  • Device Information: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications.
  • Analytics: Anonymous gameplay behavior to improve the app experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Enable gameplay and progression.
  • Provide social features such as friends, messages, and collaborations.
  • Send push notifications about activity in your account.
  • Process in-app purchases and deliver coins and spins.
  • Display your artist stats in rankings and user profiles.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google).

Notifications

We use push notifications to alert you of friend requests and accepts, collaboration requests, new messages, and game events. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

In-App Purchases

Coins, spins, and VIP status are available through Apple's in-app purchase system. All transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time from within the app under Account → Delete Account.

Your Rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data, revoke push notification permissions, or contact us with any privacy questions.

By downloading or using BeStar, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BeStar.

Acceptable Use

  1. You will not impersonate other users or abuse game features.
  2. You will not use automated tools, bots, or cheat systems of any kind.
  3. You will not engage in harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior toward other players.
  4. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app or its servers.

In-App Purchases

All purchases of coins, spins, and VIP status are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Transactions are processed by Apple and governed by their terms.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any update means you accept the revised terms.
