We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google).
We use push notifications to alert you of friend requests and accepts, collaboration requests, new messages, and game events. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
Coins, spins, and VIP status are available through Apple's in-app purchase system. All transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time from within the app under Account → Delete Account.
You may request a copy or deletion of your data, revoke push notification permissions, or contact us with any privacy questions.

All purchases of coins, spins, and VIP status are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Transactions are processed by Apple and governed by their terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

All in-app purchases in BeStar (Coins, Spins, Energy, Quality Points, and VIP status) are processed and billed directly by Apple through the App Store.
Because virtual currency is delivered to your account immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Since Apple processes and holds your payment information, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple — we do not have the ability to issue refunds ourselves. You can request one at:
If you were charged but did not receive your Coins, Spins, Energy, or Quality Points, contact us with your Apple transaction ID and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
No refunds will be issued for purchases made prior to an account suspension resulting from a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
